Everything you need to know about calibration...

We offer a 2, 3 or 4-point calibration for every sensor. If the reading before calibration is outside the acceptance window, we are offering you a replacement with a new sensor. And more… Electrochemical sensors have a linear characteristic. Two test points are sufficient to calibrate the entire measurement range. The test gas for small concentrations is produced chemically and identified analytically. The high concentration is generated via saturated vapor and also identified analytically. It is not possible to precisely specify the desired concentration due to the process used! The quality assurance process satisfies requirements.
